The context of the narrative: In the year 2003, after a period of 14 years dedicated to reactor design and 13 years to construction, "The Astronom Reactor Corporation" (commonly known as TARC) commissioned the "Astronom 90", a thermonuclear power plant, for the purpose of electricity generation.
